Healthy Sleep

Here you can peruse anything and everything about our favorite topic: Sleep! Every new parent we’ve worked with always asks “will I ever sleep again?” We can confidently say “absolutely….someday” Kidding! Hopefully that day will come soon, and maybe we can help it come sooner rather than later!

We want to offer up our knowledge on a silver screen. We believe all parents should have access to information in order to help their newborns sleep…so that they can sleep! Newborns, older babies and toddlers that are set up with healthy sleep habits are more well rested and can in turn be the best little people that they can be- physically, cognitively and emotionally. In our experience, quality sleep is as important as feeding- as they are both biological needs for infant growth and development.

So we are here to offer up our knowledge on newborn sleep schedules, newborn independent sleep, and troubleshooting any unique issue your baby may be having.

How do I get my baby to sleep?
What is a sleeping schedule for a newborn?
How to I get a newborn to sleep without being held?
What is the best newborn nap schedule?
How long should a newborn stay awake for?
How do I get my baby to stop taking short naps?

You ask, we answer! Additionally, if you’d like all of our insight delivered in an easy to follow video format, then check our our video series!
